Shipping and Delivery –

Goods will be delivered to the address specified on the order confirmation. In the event delivery address needs to be changed, please email Info@alterartistry.com. Delivery confirmation cannot be changed once shipping confirmation has been given.

The agreed upon delivery date for goods and bespoke items are only indicative and not binding. If the agreed upon delivery date cannot be met, the supplier (Alter Artistry) will communicate to you (Client) a new delivery date. On the occasion that delivery is delayed, client will be promptly informed, and a new date will be issued. This will be communicated via email or telephone call.

Delivery of goods will be outsourced to a third-party company. Responsibility of goods will be transferred to third-party delivery. In the event delivery is unsuccessful, notice will be given via email through info@alterartistry.com. Goods will be withheld, and delivery will take place next business day. Client will receive additional delivery charge.

All deliveries are kerbside only. Movement of materials/products from kerbside will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Alter Artistry or our third-party delivery company will not aid in movement of goods once left kerbside. Ownership and risk of goods shall be transferred from supplier to client before goods are unloaded. During transit, there is a likelihood of minor damage (cracks or chipping) to happen to products. We will do our best to load products carefully, however, due to fibrous plaster’s brittle nature, it is inevitable that minor damage can occur. In the event of this, no refund or exchange of items is possible.
